reporting to the fluke finance manager of sales compensation and working closely with finance, hr, sales, and sales operations leaders, the sales compensation analyst role will provide support to the compensation team and sales leadership – focused on commission processing, reporting, and supporting commission plan participants and managers. this role will play a key part in compensation administration efforts as fluke integrates new acquisitions and other geographic regions not part of the current calculates employee and 3rd party “rep” firm commissions and prepares reporting of sales compensation plans for payment.

·       prepares sales commission plan performance reports monthly, or as needed for sales and finance prepares payroll files for sales personnel and rep sales compensation and submits reports to payroll and accounts payable for reconciles and prepares journal entries for accurate funding of commission plan accrual teams with hr to maintain accurate participant to commission plan alignment, ensuring participant commission information from the hr source system is aligned with the commission system, per audit effectively responds to sales personnel, reps, and management questions around plan rules, calculations, and commission results, ensuring all are compliant with plan evaluates sales compensation plan documentation with plan participants to prevent inconsistent treatment of plan participants and interpretation of the plan beyond the intent or spirit of the plan maintains confidentiality of all employee and rep specific information, such as salary, commission target, and employee prepares a quarterly commission system overall user report for sox conducts regular audits for plan prepares special analyses, reports, presentations, etc. as qualified candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and/ or a minimum of 3+ years of sales compensation, sales operations, or finance/accounting excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities and abilities to communicate effectively between multiple layers of management with different capable of managing multiple deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced customer service-oriented skills and mindset.

·       experience with continuous preferred candidates will have experience in sales compensation administration, familiarity with oracle, strong excel, and financial analysis skills, and have experience with callidus commissions or similar sales commission systems.
