there are 54 acres of gardens woodland and parkland requiring a pro activie, experienced house manager, capable fo carrying out minor repairs, maintenance, supervise and work with contractors, deliveries, arrange for all maintenance/service/pat testing of all electrical equipment on site. oversee estate security, supervise clearing gutters, drains.
general chauffeur duties
monday to friday when family are absent
fully flexible when family visit
3 bedroom house in the grounds
must be fully vaccinated and worked in similar situation in rural location
