Customer support representative tier 2 - united states, cincinnati

adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a customer support representative tier 2 position.

 

type: 40hrs/wk. contract

start date: within the next three (3) weeks.

hours: 7am to 4pm
location: on-site at the intersection of aviation way and neumann way in cincinnati.

pay: $40.00/hr

length: long term with the possibility of extension.

 

please note (important): must be comfortable working onsite / in office. must be versed in ms word and excel. comfortable working with high volume calls and creating work tickets. previous clerical and support experience required.

 

 

responsibilities for job include customer support representative tier 2 but are not limited to:

providing support to internal employees seeking assistance.

creating tickets within the company system and ensuring those requests are executed in a timely manner.

offering prompt follow-up calls to the employees on status updates.

assist with scheduling within learning conference center.

works within excel and word daily for data entry and reporting.

 

qualifications for this customer support representative tier 2 job:

strong computer skills with proficiency in microsoft applications (word, excel)

must be comfortable providing administrative support as this role carries a clerical component.

strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills with a focus on a teaming environment.

detail orientated, ability to work independently and solve problems promptly.

ability to operate within a fast-paced environment that requires high energy and a positive “can-do” attitude.

ability to manage multiple concurrent requests and be flexible with work assignments when priorities change.
