looking for your next adventure? we are looking for an experienced eligibility specialist!

in this role, you will be performing an array of duties such as:

• monitor performance reports to ensure all services and data entry are entered timely and accurately
• create and maintain program participant files with up-to-date documentation as required by program regulations and local policies and procedures
• ensure case notes are entered in the identified operating system to reflect service delivery
• ensure all participant updates are entered in the appropriate application the same day in accordance with program regulations, policies, and procedures
• explain program services and expectations and collect and maintain applicants’ eligibility documents
• refer participants to partner programs for alternative services

handle other various duties as needed

requirements:

high school diploma

must possess computer literacy

excellent communication skills

strong organizational skills

customer service and/or call center experience

experience with interviewing or employment counseling

job details:

weekly pay

monday-friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
