adecco is currently assisting one of our clients in glendale in looking for a housekeeper. this position is responsible for cleaning duties for an office area. this position is a long-term temporary assignment. if you feel you qualify, please apply.
responsibilities for this housekeeper position include, but are not limited to:
vacuum all assigned areas.
clean all restrooms: mop floors, clean toilets, sinks, mirrors, countertops, and empty trash. refill empty tissue, soap, and hand towel dispensers.
maintain all furniture: dust and polish.
fill empty dispensers.
vacuum or hand dust all baseboards, staircases, and railing.
keep walls clean.
check and clean draperies.
report any repair or dry-cleaning requirements.
check upholstery for any spots and spot-check the carpet.
check the upholstery, lamp shades, and carpeted areas and report areas that need repair or replacement.
check light fixtures and replace or report blown bulbs, and empty recycling bins in all office areas.
deliver flowers from outside florists to visitation rooms.
assist families with additional chairs, tables, or visitation set up.
to be considered for this housekeeper position, you should:
must be able to perform a floor to waist lift of 50 pounds and be able to perform a bilateral lift and carry of 50 pounds over 20 feet.
be comfortable working in the same room as decedents, on occasion.
must have previous cleaning experience (hotel or hospital)
must be able to work mon-friday, 8 am -5 pm
