Food safety / hygiene officer - السعودية, الدمام

As a food safety officer, you will be responsible for monitoring of iso 22000:2018 and haccp standards that is implemented at our projects. you will carry out daily inspections in the kitchen and dining hall areas. you will ensure the food handlers practice hygiene standards throughout the catering process. you will carry out root cause analysis for any food safety incidents. you will conduct scheduled food safety training programs and conduct tool box. you will report to the hygiene manager every month about the site performance.
