our focus is on supporting those aged 18-25 who are unemployed or underemployed and from less privileged socioeconomic backgrounds - making work fair, inclusive and meaningful for marginalised young people.
our first programme launches in january 2023 and we re looking for a programme manager to join us and lead on its delivery. this is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious, innovative start-up social enterprise and help shape our future.
we re looking for someone who is a strong communicator, super organised, a great problem solver and committed to our mission. experience of working with young people is a must.
