as a customer service advisor, it will be your role to nurture our existing and new customers to ensure continuity and a seamless finish for our proud owners of a new tingdene home.

what this customer service advisor role will involve:

responding to customer enquiries and aftersales faults with their homes and managing the process from initial contact to call resolution.collate all relevant information and process the customers matter accurately and by agreed deadlines.escalate high level complaints or reoccurring issues to the relevant person as a matter of urgency to reduce possibility of a sale being lost and to remove financial risk from the business.maintain the customer care inbox to ensure all enquires are being responded to daily.answer all inbound phone calls and deal with customer requirements daily.maintain the database systems to ensure that all the customer information remains accurate, this includes following up with all customer contact enquires and issues so that customers are kept up to date.carry out any other general customer service and administrative tasks as required.liaise with engineers and other departments to resolve any customer issues or queries.contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.ensuring customer database is maintained within gdpr regulations.monitor each customer through the aftercare process, until completion.work closing with the customer care manager and deal with any ad hoc queries in their absence.regularly carry out outbound calls to customers, complete customer feedback forms, and monitor customer satisfaction levels whilst pro-actively sharing ideas to improve the customer service process.servicing customer requirements and regularly making product recommendations or suggestions.we would welcome applications for this customer service advisor role from candidates with the following skills and attributes: customer service, complaints, park leisure homes, holiday, lodge, outbound calls, inbound calls, b2b, b2c, pc literate, customer service, gdpr, call centre, telephony, communication, kpis, complaints handling, contact centre, estate agent, aftersales, administration.
