we have a few positions still available to join our busy maintenance team working across all areas of our housing stock.
you will be expected to work in either empty or occupied properties, sometimes to strict deadlines and always to a good standard. you should have a good knowledge of health and safety, along with the relevant qualifications or are time-served in property maintenance with electrics and plumbing if possible. experience of working in a residential property environment would be beneficial.
you must also have good skills in communication, planning and organisation and be flexible by either working as part of a team or on your own.
a vehicle may be provided therefore a full driving licence along with your own tools is essential.
the positions are full time, subject to references, training and qualifications plus a dbs check is necessary. there is a starting salary of up to £31,200.00 gross per annum.
