adecco is currently assisting an excellent company here in sarasota, fl, which is looking for an accounting receivable associate. $19 per hour + chef on site (monday-friday)

immediate start!!

job responsabilites: 

generate, verify and process billing invoices

perform collection activities and coordination of payment with the customer  to ensure payment by the due date

monitor aging balances

perform special projects and additional assingments as directed from accounting dept.

willing to learn account payable

qualifications:

self-motivated team player

attention to detain and accuracy, well organized

customer service focused, excellent communication skills

credit and colecctions reports

proficient at quickbooks

1-2 yeas account receivable experience

multitasker
