responsibilities
main responsibility - answering first line support enquiries via telephoneoccasionally responding to customer support requests via a helpdesk system and email, in a professional, helpful mannerpersonally delivering an outstanding customer service to all clientscontributing fairly to all departmental goals
experience
no previous experience is required as we have a comprehensive training programme, but a background in dealing with customers/ customer service is desirable, along with knowledge of the education sector.
