requirements:

previous industry experience - at least 6 months

ms office proficiency - word and excel required

internet/email proficiency

proficiency in appfolio - a plus

high school diploma

customer focused and detailed oriented

responsibilities -included but not limited to:

general office work

rent collection

managing delinquent accounts

customer service

scheduling showings

records management

creating and posting rental ads

preparing court documentation
