Material handler - entry level $18.25 - united states, cardenas

adecco is assisting our client located in arden with several material handler openings in the fulfillment department. all are temp-to-hire opportunities. these roles are to start immediately!

starting pay: $18.25 p/h

weekend premium: additional $1.00 p/h

hours: varies (candidates must be flexible as shift starting and end time may fluctuate dependent upon daily project needs; must be available to work between 7am-6:00pm)

days: sunday-thursday

duration: temp-to-hire position (not seasonal)

summary: replenish inventory to allow the fulfillment operators to continue their picking and packing tasks. it requires use of pallet jack, lifting cartons of product, cutting open the cartons, and loading onto table. responsibilities for the material handler include:

reads work order or follows verbal instructions to understand which components are needed for assembly lines.

moves product from racks to assembly line using pallet jack. returns product to racks as needed.

confirms inventory movement in the inventory management system.

stacks or assembles product bundles using shrink wrap machine.

monitors assembly area to determine if additional components are needed.

stages finished goods for shipping to clients.

maintains regular and reliable attendance.
