Part time admin assistant - united states, orlando

adecco is assisting a local orlando client in finding a part time administrative assistant. starting asap!

flexible schedule options averaging 25-30 hours per week

 

job responsibilities and qualifications:

  • maintaining an organized filing system
  • making sure office supplies are stocked at all time, placing orders when needed
  • working directly with the strategic ops manager assisting and supporting with any tasks they are working on
  • knowledgeable in microsoft office (outlook, powerpoint, basic excel, etc)
  • basic office experience needed
  •
