* 3+ years experience doing path repair and smd soldering
* inspection abilities and quality knowledge required - will be inspecting cable assemblies and doing repair; cable background and experience with micrometers, test equipment, calipers is required; need to be able to look at drawings/schematics and follow instructions.
* also candidates must be computer literate (so they can test using computer programs).
