finning are looking to take on aused equipment digital administrator, who will work within the used equipment and rental teams to assist with digital sales channels through the management and creation of online inventory listings.
job description:
specific responsibilities of a digital administrator for used equipment include producing high quality machine photographs, consolidating machine information such as inspection reports, work order history and fluid analysis. this information will then be uploaded to create informative online sales listings for our customer facing websites as well as other 3rd party platforms / marketplaces. the role will also include the responsibility of uploading machine a departmental marketing on various social media platforms.
major job functions:
learning sales techniques by assisting with the creation of digital listings for used products as well a preparing monthly analysis and providing it to relevant leaders. you will be speaking to customers to provide machine information. customer account management will be key to continuing the success of the sector, so a basic understanding of digital sales, marketing techniques and social media will be required.this role will require a very keen eye for attention to detail as well as having the ability to work as part of a strong led team, you will also be expected to work autonomously to be able to provide a top tier level of service within the used equipment sector.
education & experience:
