1 x cscs plasterer required to start immediately on a large social housing bathroom refurbishment scheme in walsall
this contract could be extended as the contractor has further work across the west midlands area in the next two years.
the client
our client is a large main contractor who operates nationwide and works alongside councils, housing associations and insurance companies.
the role
main duties are plaster patching in tenanted and void properties completing two bathrooms per day. the working hours are 39-40 per week.
requirements
previous experience as a plasterer/patchersocial housing experienceown toolsown transportcscs cardasbestos awareness or be willing to take the online test must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with fawkes & reece beforeto apply
