as a materials buyer you will be responsible for:
- material scheduling for up to 4 developments at once
- reporting to the senior buyer
- buying and purchasing
- negotiating with suppliers
- regular site visits
the ideal candidate will be/have:
- a confident and numerate professional
- previous experience with a construction company
- experience working with coins
- the ability to provide take offs from drawings
- hnd qualification or equivalent
