Field services superintendent - united states, monroe

responsibilities:
• plan and coordinate with customers for all fieldwork
• lead field technicians to perform quality work while ensuring safety and environmental compliance
• interface with customers while onsite for fieldwork
• estimate field work as needed
• other duties as required
expectations:
• be available for business travel to include weekends when necessary
• be available to travel on short, but reasonable notice
• be able to think quickly and critically in response to job and scope changes
• maintain regular contact with 5+ craftsmen to be available for field assignments
qualifications:
• experience with heavy mechanical work to include rigging, disassembly/reassembly of equipment, alignment, bearing work, etc
• experience leading crews in industrial settings
• valid driver’s license/no travel restrictions
• ability to pass background check and drug screen
compensation:
• $30+/hr (exact rate to be determined based on experience and qualifications)
• expenses covered during business travel
