the primary responsibilities are as follows:
validating and supporting the commercialization of a novel assay for flow cytometry by acquiring and implementing knowledge from current literature to design and perform experiments, conducting troubleshooting with some supervision
documentation of results in lab notebook
utilizing conventional and spectral flow cytometry technology and analyzing resulting data sets
managing multiple experiments concurrently to meet product release timelines
preparation of serum from human and mouse blood or tissue culture and downstream processing of samples
preparing and presenting written and oral reports to manager and extended r&d teams
communicating and working effectively with team members across the organization to optimize product development
performing other responsibilities to support the team, as degree or higher in biology with a focus on immunology, oncology, cell biology or related field with 3+ years of industry or equivalent research experience
qualifications:
hands-on experience with setting up and performing multi-color flow cytometry experiments, including data collection, analysis and interpretation of results and troubleshooting
comfortable in processing blood with moderate supervision and familiarity with basic immune cell subsets
hands on flow cytometry experience is a must have skill
experience with extracellular vesicle biology is a nice to have
