the primary responsibilities are as follows: 

 

  • validating and supporting the commercialization of a novel assay for flow cytometry by acquiring and implementing knowledge from current literature to design and perform experiments, conducting troubleshooting with some supervision  

  • documentation of results in lab notebook  

  • utilizing conventional and spectral flow cytometry technology and analyzing resulting data sets  

  • managing multiple experiments concurrently to meet product release timelines  

  • preparation of serum from human and mouse blood or tissue culture and downstream processing of samples  

  • preparing and presenting written and oral reports to manager and extended r&d teams  

  • communicating and working effectively with team members across the organization to optimize product development  

  • performing other responsibilities to support the team, as degree or higher in biology with a focus on immunology, oncology, cell biology or related field with 3+ years of industry or equivalent research experience 

  •  

    qualifications: 

     

  • hands-on experience with setting up and performing multi-color flow cytometry experiments, including data collection, analysis and interpretation of results and troubleshooting  

  • comfortable in processing blood with moderate supervision and familiarity with basic immune cell subsets  

  • hands on flow cytometry experience is a must have skill 

  • experience with extracellular vesicle biology is a nice to have 

  •
