Adecco onsite staffing assistant (in house associate) - united states, charleston (west virginia)

adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to fill a part time (24-28 hours/week) on-site staffing assistant role in south charleston, west virginia. you will work to assist in  the placement cycle for our customer and orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct.

 

at adecco, an on-site staffing assistant can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.

this is a contract position that could turn to a permanent placement for the right candidate. responsibilities for this on-site staffing assistant role in facilitating adecco - specific on-boarding process.

engage onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met.

complete associate counseling in regards to performance and attendance when needed.

act as a liaison between adecco associates and the client as well as tend to associate questions/needs/concerns.

communicate effectively current state of associates to adecco client development team.

  two years customer service experience in a fast-paced environment. excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. proficiency in ms office (word, excel & powerpoint) also required. capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks. must have the ability to learn new software and navigate the internet with ease.
