salary between £30,00 and £35,000 depending on experience and nvq.
applicants must have nvq level 3 as a minimum with the willingness to do nvq 4/5.
purpose of position:
to take joint responsibility with the registered owner as the person-in-charge for day-to-day running of the business.
to promote a caring environment for clients through high standards of professional practice which are conducive to the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of the clients.
to ensure that each client receives care appropriate to their individual need.
to implement the requirements of the health and social care act 2008 (regulated activities) regulations 2014
to adhere to all policies and procedures issued by the company, embedding them into good practice across the organisation.
principal responsibilities range from, but not limited to, day to day running of the business, client care, staff management, premises and finance.
the following criteria is essential for the post of registered manager:
at least two years experience in a senior capacity within the previous 5 years
care management qualification of nvq 3 and above
able to take responsibility
leadership skills
a self- motivated individual who is organised, flexible and caring
mentally & physically able to cope under pressure
an active team player but also able to work on own initiative
good communicator
committed to high standards
committed to training
valid driving licence and vehicle.
