responsibilities:

  • work directly with senior managers and controllers
  • supporting accounts payable staff
  • gain valuable hands-on experience
  • job functions / responsibilities

  • support month-end closing procedures: reconciliation, journal entries, reporting
  • participate in the accounts payable process ensuring 3-way match
  • perform inventory control and audit procedures
  • contribute to financial analysis that supports company decisions
  • participate in additional projects designed to make company operations more effective and efficient
  • skills / competencies

    the skills that are important to be successful in this position are as follows:

  • proficient in microsoft office
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to multi-task
  • resourceful and a self-starter
  • strong professionalism
  • details:   part-time opportunity is to begin immediately with part-time / flexible hours, but they must be worked on-site monday – friday.  this will be in our broken arrow, oklahoma office.

    the starting pay rate for this role is negotiable depending on experience.
