responsibilities:

work directly with senior managers and controllers

supporting accounts payable staff

gain valuable hands-on experience

job functions / responsibilities

support month-end closing procedures: reconciliation, journal entries, reporting

participate in the accounts payable process ensuring 3-way match

perform inventory control and audit procedures

contribute to financial analysis that supports company decisions

participate in additional projects designed to make company operations more effective and efficient

skills / competencies

the skills that are important to be successful in this position are as follows:

proficient in microsoft office

excellent verbal and written communication skills

ability to multi-task

resourceful and a self-starter

strong professionalism

details:   part-time opportunity is to begin immediately with part-time / flexible hours, but they must be worked on-site monday – friday.  this will be in our broken arrow, oklahoma office.

the starting pay rate for this role is negotiable depending on experience.
