Sales & administration executive in security service
at least 2 year experience in same fields
responsibilities for this position include:
applied deep industry subject matter expertise within industry segments, including security solutions, products, services, processes, and technologies in selling or delivering to clients
provides current market information such as current trends, sales techniques, application of products in various markets, and suggested marketing programs to the regional director
to present and articulate the technical aspects of a solution to a client as required
advising customers on their security and cyber needs
designing the technical response to rfps/rfis and be part of the strategy definition with the sales team
customer and management presentations
assist sales force and partners in closing business through on-site visits
support, enable and drive security business in the region
work with the sales team to strategize on sales approaches
we will ask you to generate new and repeat sales, identify opportunities to up-sell our solutions and services by using the telephone, email or webcast
answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
dealing with email enquiries
taking minutes
diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
general office management such as ordering stationary
organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
arranging both internal and external events
possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
providing administration support to sales reps, property managers and senior management
