supporting our leadership team
we are looking for a passionate and driven executive assistant to support our director of strategy & regulation by proactively managing his office and supporting the team with all their goals and projects.
you will be a key part of the team and be business focused and want to contribute to the day to day running of the office. you will work very closely with the director understanding their expectations and underpinning the relationships both with internal and external stakeholders.
always aiming to be one step ahead, you will ensure our director has everything needed to deliver in a timely and accurate manner.

what does it take to be an executive assistant?
previous experience as a personal assistant supporting senior management and/or members of the board.
a dynamic and business focused contributor
proactive thinker to effectively manage the day to day activity
efficient diary management to ensure best use of time
ability to build relationships with senior business leaders - internal/external
prepare and co-ordinate all paperwork relevant to business meetings
forward thinking to deliver an efficient working office
solution focused and decision maker - taking away some of the pain points within such a busy environment
advanced ms office experience including ms teams/sharepoint
