we have an excellent career opportunity for the role of support workers to join our team here at wellgate health based in the sandbach , cheshire area.
contract: full-time and part time roles on days or nights.
hours: part time hours or full time hours from 20 to 40 hours a week on a rota basis.
pay: gbp10.00 an hour.

_our exciting new service at sandbach has been specially designed for people with an assessed need for care and support, with 17 high quality purpose-built apartments and a range of assistive technology we aim to help those in our care live the most independent life as possible. _
_we currently care for 5 people within the service but have plans to increase this to 17 in the coming months therefore, this is a really exciting opportunity to develop your career within a growing service and provide exceptional support to those moving into our care._

key responsibilities:
supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment
providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, compliance with cqc regulations and the care & support policies and procedures
identifying needs and preferences for each individual and providing personal care
encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.
