hours/shifts: 12-25 hours a week, with flexibility to do more than contracted hours when another team member is off.
summary
your role is to support me to do extra activities to make life easier and more fulfilling. you will also step in when other carers are not feeling well or need a break to make sure everyone is in the best condition to support me to lead as healthy, happy and fulfilling life as possible.
you will assist my main care team with personal care when necessary (staff sickness/holiday/keeping your hand in) and you will need to know and fulfil my care needs but your focus will be on assisting me by making life easier and more enjoyable.

the successful applicant will be:
able to take instruction but use your initiative

able to speak and read english to a reasonable standard
legally permitted to work in the united kingdom
able to work at all times to high standards of health & safety
previous experience preferred but this is not as essential as a kind and common sense approach to these roles.
