requirements:
high school diploma or ged and/or degree in engineering/business
2+ years’ experience performing data entry, purchase order reconciliation, and working with vendors
erp systems experience preferred but will teach, (i.e., sap, maxmo, on base)
proficient in using microsoft office - excel, outlook, teams, word and must be willing/able to perform basic spreadsheet functions including formulas and pivot tables
excellent communication skills - written and oral
strong customer service skills - ability to listen and offer recommendations/solutions
must be self-directed and able to work independently with little supervision
critical thinker with problem solving attitude and energy
must be a quick learner and able to apply learned information effectively and correctly
