we are looking for a receptionist near gainesville, ga. looking to hire a qualified candidate as soon as possible!
pay: $18-23/ hr based on experience
schedule: m-f 8am-5pm
job responsibilities:
schedule installs for cabinets
coordinate with production shop, builder, customers and installation crews about all aspects of production to installation
adjust pay charts for sub-contracted installation crews based on details of install
prepare install packets for crews including specs, blueprints and checklists
enter all information into proprietary tracking program
coordinate service tickets after install for issues with cabinets
manage every job as a project from order to install – full cycle
