Selections coordinator - united states, gainesville

we are looking for a selections coordinator near gainesville, ga. looking to hire a qualified candidate as soon as possible!

pay: $18-23/ hr based on experience

schedule: m-f 8am-5pm

job responsibilities:

formal design training or experience/working knowledge of interior design and/or cab/ct (cabinet / counter top) industry strongly preferred 

selections & design meetings with customers of recurring accounts 

request quote from estimating team (quote or revise quotes, when necessary) 

communicate with customer on job-specific matters until selections/drawings finalized and job handed off to business support team 

set customer expectations 

request deposits 

job requirements:

high school diploma or general education degree (ged) required 

???????2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment 

proficient in microsoft office 

able to type 35 wpm minimum 

strong phone skills 

demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak english 

comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance 

excellent interpersonal skills 

punctual with strong attendance history
