we are currently looking for a sous chef to join the kitchen brigade at a luxury residential home in esher. the sous chef will deliver the catering service within the residential home to ensure the provision of nutritious meals.

the person

the ideal sous chef will have:

experience as a chef in similar environmentdbs check required (will be provided if not already obtained)covid-19 fully vaccinated is preferred professional catering qualification and in date food hygiene certificatea passion for food and fresh ingredientsimpeccable hygiene and health & safety standardsgreat communication skillsbe happy to cover shifts as required on a rota basis
