monday tuesday wednesday thursday every other saturday and every other sunday

carers will need to help me with

• personal care

• travel to appointments

• getting out socialising/ meeting new friends

• shopping

• light house work

• seeing family

• possibly holidays

• cooking

carers must

• have good time keeping skills

• good organizational skills

• have a sense of humour

• they need to listen to how i like to be looked after

• help me to be as independent as possible

• carers must drive

• have dbs

• have at least 2 covid jabs
