job details:

type: fulltime (40 hours / week)

length: 1 year; possible extension/conversion

pay: $28.56 hourly

shift/hours: mon-fri 8-5

this is an onsite position in nashville, tn  

responsibilities include:

handle customer relation problems promptly and appropriately, provide guidance, escalate issues according to established procedures

provide software service, pre-sales, post-sales support

deliver services to large enterprise, complex or corporate accounts

use proactive monitoring procedures/tools to identify problem prevention opportunities

schedule and participate in on-site account support meetings both internal and external

contribute to the ability of new concepts/techniques

complete assignment/tasks in innovative and effective ways

 

requirements:

minimum vocational/diploma/associates degree or experience in a technical field with 3-5 years of experience

handle customer relation problems promptly and appropriately

experience with support of full range of products

strong technical and communication skills and ability to improvise

strong customer relationship skills & ability to manage complex customer problems

good teamwork with peer and personnel

demonstrate consistent, acceptable performance

schedule and participate in on-site account support meeting both internal and external
