job details:
type: fulltime (40 hours / week)
length: 1 year; possible extension/conversion
pay: $19.52 hourly
shift/hours: mon-fri 8-5
this is an onsite position in irvine, ca
responsibilities include:
cooperate with others in a team environment
make independent accurate and timely decisions
coordinate and resolve a variety of customer concerns
handle several tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality
assist domestic and international customers via phone, email, and chat, in upgrading/configuring systems and responding to basic technical questions regarding their products
calle, email, and chat requests from customers with questions or concerns with their orders or warranties
verify and maintain customer service documentation, files and records using applications
requirements:
high school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of working in customer service or equivalent
must be able to speak, read and write english fluently
must be proficient with microsoft excel and word
intermediate typing skills and computer skills are required
excellent communication and customer service skills are required
knowledgeable in common practices, concepts and procedures within the customer service field
experience in a call center environment
