  • type: fulltime (40 hours / week)
  • length: 1 year; possible extension/conversion
  • pay: $19.52 hourly
  • shift/hours: mon-fri 8-5
  • this is an onsite position in irvine, ca  
  • responsibilities include:

  • cooperate with others in a team environment
  • make independent accurate and timely decisions
  • coordinate and resolve a variety of customer concerns
  • handle several tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality
  • assist domestic and international customers via phone, email, and chat, in upgrading/configuring systems and responding to basic technical questions regarding their products
  • calle, email, and chat requests from customers with questions or concerns with their orders or warranties
  • verify and maintain customer service documentation, files and records using applications
  •  

    requirements:

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of working in customer service or equivalent
  • must be able to speak, read and write english fluently
  • must be proficient with microsoft excel and word
  • intermediate typing skills and computer skills are required
  • excellent communication and customer service skills are required
  • knowledgeable in common practices, concepts and procedures within the customer service field
  • experience in a call center environment
