apple house ltd are looking to recruit an experienced registered manager to oversee an 8 bed residential service in new milton, hants. the ideal candidate would have strong leadership and management skills to drive forward this service supporting adults with a learning disability, autism and complex needs. apple house ltd is a small organisation focusing on outstanding support for both the people residing in our services and the staff team.
requirements for the post:
minimum nvq level 4 in health & social care working towards level 5 or equivalent qualification. excellent knowledge of cqc standards and requirements. strong background and experience in running cqc registered homes. strong managerial skills and the ability to develop and lead teams. full driving licence
