what you'll be doing...

you will be responsible for ensuring the enforcement of all procedures, computers, product specifications, etc.  

train and evaluate dcp workers and leads, as well as new employees.

facilitate training and safety meetings.

issue discipline as needed, informing warehouse manager as necessary.

review daily shift production through pfs reports and dcp documents. 

assist in develop team's overall skill and performance levels. 

resolve errors generated by dcp workers.

all other relevant tasks as related to the position.  

what you'll bring to the team...

ideally you'll have a bachelor degree in poultry science, animal science, or other closely related field of study. 

willingness to work flexible hours (early morning, evening and weekends).

excellent written and verbal communication skills.

excellent technology, computer and analytical skills with knowledge of statistics.

leadership skills and abilities.
