primary responsibilities for warehouse associates include:
work safely and report any unsafe situations.
ensure proper application of caps and hermetic seal achieved.
perform autonomous maintenance on the line and area (include basic inspection, cleaning and other attributes, listening and observing line running).
work with others to identify the root cause of downtime & determine effective counter measures
work with your peers and the team to make recommendations on how to improve the operation to optimize production with positive contribution to all key plant indicators safety, quality, cost, and performance.
responsible for the operation and performance of the line or area.
effectively and efficiently operate, adjust and troubleshoot operational issues.
