graduate with some customer services experience or non grad with some office-based experience.

partnership executive opportunity:

language is constantly evolving and so are we and now we are looking for an ambitious partnership executive to join that evolving team. our client relationships are very important to us, and you ll be building and developing existing partnerships.

as this is a client-facing role, you must be an excellent communicator, able to build rapport with clients and have the drive to deliver what they need. as part of a trusted brand you ll need to be a team player with a positive, can-do attitude. you ll be commercially minded and understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service across all levels of our business.

your skills at developing relationships with clients are matched only by your natural curiosity for what people need, and how to support them in achieving their goals. your commitment to others is clear to everyone with whom you interact. people like you, not only for your friendly nature, but also for the depth of your thinking.

you don t need to be fluent in 30 languages (we ll leave that to the linguists) but an interest in languages and global business is a must!

what you don t need

+ extensive experience (or any) in translating to other languages. we have people for that.

+ any prior knowledge of the translation industry. we have the people who can teach all that too.

+ years and years of experience. if you have been in an office environment for 6 months to 2 years, that s plenty.
