we are currently looking for an experienced senior chef de partie to support the head chef with daily food preparations in a busy, high-end hotel on the river thames. the senior chef de partie will be able to prioritise and multitask and have a passion for producing top quality food.

the place

located on the banks of the river thames, this 4 star hotel boasts character and charm yet modern and contemporary style ambience. the hotel has a riverside restaurant, bar & grill and over 150 bedrooms. it is popular with families, couples and business guests due to the vast amount of facilities the hotel has to offer. the m25 is located a moments drive away and offers great travel links from london if commuting by train or bus.

* salary package of £29,000 plus service charge

the person

the senior chef de partie will have the following:

* experience in a 4-star environment or similar

* ability to work under pressure

* excellent communication skills

* have a passion for delivering high-end service with a keen eye for detail

* friendly and caring disposition

* impeccable hygiene and health & safety standards

* a flexible approach to their responsibilities
