about the laminator role:

you will be responsible for manufacturing fiberglass products to strict specifications at the beginning of our production line.

key responsibilities will include:

manufacturing fiberglass products to strict specifications
constantly monitoring quality to ensure it is to the standard that is required
ability to identify and resolve any grp issues
maintain a clean, tidy and organised workspace and to ensure a clean readily workable area ready for production the following day.
always follow health and safety guidelines

skills and experience:

trimming experience preferred but not essential
hand laminating to a high standard
ability to carry out detailed repairs when necessary
a good overall understanding of grp manufacturing
clear & direct interpersonal skills
common-sense decision-making skills
can work cross-functionally to solve business problems
results oriented
