the creative and marketing team at adecco is recruiting a contract 6-month digital marketing manager ii for the world's largest cosmetics company

job description:

the ideal candidate has proven experience within the beauty industry or from an agency, a true passion for the digital space, and proven experience working from ideation through execution.

key responsibilities:

  • create and execute a variety of digital marketing and digital media content and initiatives with a focus on driving conversions
  • own paid media development and briefings
  • analyze and report on the success of campaigns identifying missed opportunities and areas of success
  • work closely with and brief outside agency partners as needed
  • partner closely with internal creative, ecommerce, and social media teams
  • proven experience delivering content and campaigns including emails, and onsite assets. crm and paid social
  • ensure all assets and campaigns are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives as well as the latest market trends
  • partner on ecommerce gotomarket plans and ideas
  • qualifications:

  • exceptional time management and project management skills required
  • ability to work cross-functionally with ever-changing timelines
  • programmatic media experience is a plus
  • 4+years’ experience within the beauty industry or within a media agency required
