details:

  • supervise and evaluate the performance of the quality improvement (qi) team.
  • develop and maintain best practice, medi-cal, county, and grant protocols and guidelines for agency documentation.
  • develop and implement internal and external quality standards and key performance measures.
  • monitor and review clinical quality standards, including documentation, utilization review, internal and external chart/peer reviews and outcomes.
  • coordinate with finance to ensure proper billing and data entry.
  • support in external audits, including conducting internal audits in advance of external audits.
  • support program managers in completing correction action plans and provide oversight of the incident reporting procedure for behavioral health.
  • provide support for record requests/disclosures and service encounter verifications for the agency.
  • lead, facilitate, and advise on internal quality improvement initiatives.
  • responsible for internal re-credentialing and credentialing with outside payers.
  • oversee provider training of electronic health records.
  • coordinate with the it department to maintain software systems compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • participate in clinical supervision, consultations, and trainings.
  • complete and maintain lps 5150 authorization certification and provide officer of the day support for crisis intervention support.
  • complete other duties and related projects as assigned.
  • $77k-$97k depending on education level
  • hours: full time, m-f 8 am- 5 pm, on site
