Lead accounts receivable representative - united states, pittsburgh

adecco staffing is sourcing an experienced lead accounts receivable representative in pittsburgh, pennsylvania for an on-site assignment.

in this role, you will interact with customers to resolve internal and/or external issues delaying invoice payment.

 

other job duties include:

contacting customers in order to obtain payment status of open invoices

manage all aspects of the customer interaction from invoicing to cash collection

acts as the primary contact for problem resolution for the customers in their portfolio

formulate a course of action to consistently accomplish or outperform established goals

mentor and support other colleagues

 

requirements & qualifications:

business to business collections experience

customer service oriented, demonstrating the ability to put the customer first

prior administrative, collections, customer service or finance experience

proficiency in ms office (word, excel, and outlook)

excellent oral and written communication skills

attention to detail

 

education:

high school diploma – required

bachelor’s degree – preferred

 

schedule:

monday through friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

 

pay:

$21.00 to $24.00 per hour (based on skills & experience)
