the client

our client provides end to end integrated property services for customers across the north west and midlands regions. from planning and procurement, through to construction, fit-out and property services. they work with clients across multiple sectors including housing, education and retail in both the public and private sectors they are currently looking to recruit a traffic marshall for their busy project in burton.

the role

to ensure all site traffic and plant is directed safely and efficiently around site in line with health & safety guidelines.

duties

ensure the safe direction of all site traffic

maintain security surveillance and perimeters

preserve pedestrian and traffic routes

redirect site traffic back to main road

polite and courteous at all times as you reflect the client

general labouring duties as and when required e.g. putting up fences/signs/barriers

signing deliveries and site visitors in & out

managing deliveries at the gate

keep gate area clean and tidy to give a professional appearance.

requirements

a minimum of 2 year's experience of working as a traffic marshall on new build sites

traffic marshall card or certificate

a valid cscs card (no exceptions)

proof to work in the uk
