Domestic couple: housekeeper & maintenance gardener for altrincham, cheshire £65k+chalet+car+food - united kingdom, altrincham, manchester
domestic couple sought to look after appreciative employer and his newly built 5 bed house in hale, cheshire.
duties to include all housekeeping to high standards, cleaning, laundry and keeping the house clean, tidy and cobweb free! very occasional light cooking needed for employer although they do like to cook for themselves. adult children live independently elsewhere so just the couple at home although they also travel extensively.
partner to look after general garden maintenance for small half acre garden, mowing, leaf blowing etc and basic handyman duties. contract landscape gardeners employed to assist also.
the family's cavapoo dog goes to doggie daycare or boarding when they are away so limited pet care required.
one driver needed, car provided on and off duty.
working 5 days a week, 8-6 with an hour for lunch. occasional help needed on saturdays with day off given in the week (employer can be very flexible and accommodating re time off)
1 bed separate accommodation with patio garden provided as staff accommodation. regret not suitable for dependents and preferably no pets.
interviewing now to ideally start in september.
salary negotiable around £65k gross pa + car + food allowance
