adecco is assisting local client recruiter for a facilities maintenance candidate. this opportunity is temp to permanent!
job duties:
•assisting sr mechanics in repairs, pm's and inspections.
•performing basic. equipment pm’s and repairs on facilities support systems
•able to work outside to perform grounds maintenance tasks all year round.
willing to work overtime.
•maintain 16 restrooms and fixtures.
•some patching and painting required
•will manage all conference room training and meeting set up’s
•with training be able to assemble factory benches.
•change ceiling lights and ballasts with training, following proper ppe.
qualifications:
•be able to dismantle work benches with battery screw gun,
•able to wear hearing protection and safety glasses, lift to 40lb.
•able to follow standard work instruction, introductory maintenance repair’s ability to work with minimal supervision, good attendance.
•valid drivers license.
•must be able to follow detailed work instructions.
•basic computer skills requires, outlook, teams, cmms , laptop provided.
•good people / customer service skills, a must have!
what's in this for you?
•pay rate is $20-$25 an hour (doe)
•monday-friday: 7:00am-3:30pm
