adecco is assisting a local manufacturer in recruiting for a current material handler opening in winston salem. this is for a temp-to-hire opportunity.
job duties:
stocking materials and rotating stock to assure first in, first out (fifo).
organizing, sweeping, dusting, and mopping work area.
performs and manually records physical counts of items assigned on daily basis.
assisting in counting of physical inventory.
ability to use a tape measurer – will take a brief test to measure in 1/16th of an inch.
qualifications:
prefer manufacturing or warehouse experience but not required. looking for reliable people who can safely handle glass product and accurately measure material, work as part of team and be reliable with attendance.
ability to work in a non-temperature controlled environment
requires that you be able to lift 30-50 pounds
reliable attendance and punctuality
candidates must have reliable transportation, no public transportation nearby.
