your new rolethis is an active and varied role that will see you conducting both walked and driven highway inspections, working alone and alongside others, on highways across central london. you will play a vital role in helping people get around the capital safely, whether they are walking, cycling, getting the bus, or driving.

in short you will

undertake routine safety inspections of highways, street furniture, signs, and other highway assets as per the agreed inspection regimesensure that all works are conducted in line with the legal and company health and safety proceduresgenerally, assist in providing a safe environment for members of the public and fulfilling the council?s obligation as a highway authority under the highways and other actsensure all utility defects are made safe, reported, and dealt with in a timely manner a bit about youalongside a willingness to join the team and get stuck in, the successful highways inspectorwill need to embody the company?s core values of cooperation and partnership. furthermore, you should have:
