adecco is assisting local client recruiter for a field service technician candidate in everett, wa. this opportunity is temp to permanent!
job duties:
· analyzes, troubleshoots, makes repairs, resolves technical problems and performs maintenance service on equipment or components returned to repair center by customers.
· prepares requires repair documentation and accurately maintains associated records
· conveys data and trends on product repairs to appropriate person or department to assure customer satisfaction.
· escalates unusual product issues to technical support or other appropriate department.
qualifications:
· typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.
· must have excellent customer service skills.
· strong soldering skills
· able to troubleshoot to component level on printed circuit assemblies
