needed to service membership

temporary phone support specialists to service the urs membership during open enrollment

expected to assist approximately 15,000 members in enrolling in their 2023 benefits, cost estimates

providing appropriate assistance with id cards, vendor contact information, etc. medicare eligibility requirements

 

requirements:

computer skills in windows and microsoft office

computer savvy
